Computing and non-computing:

As you can see that a lots of operations like storing data sorting data or printing data or displaying data is independent of any arithmetic operation and does not require any arithmetic to be performed on data itsef so here is the 80% of work that I was previously talking about.And you can see that all that non-computing stuff that is 80% is associated with a device that is a computing device.So here I make my point that a most true definition of a computer is that “it is a computing device as well as a non-computing device”.Now lets talk about the characterstics of a computer machine.
